SPECTRUM 2009 is proud to present its second annual conference, Student Action for Sustainability, which will provide an opportunity for post-secondary students from across the National Capital Region to engage with policy experts, community leaders, all levels of government, academia, the private sector, community groups and NGOs to discuss local sustainability with a view of turning dialogue into action.  Student Action for Sustainability is about collaboration and inspiration. It is about new ideas and lasting solutions.

SPECTRUM 2009 is proud of it’s partnership with Choosing our Future: a joint City of Ottawa, City of Gatineau, National Capital Commission initiative to help build a sustainable and resilient National Capital Region.  Student Action for Sustainability is providing the student component to the Choosing our Future Future’s Forum, the September 26th event which will engage the public on local sustainability principles.
